Experience You Can Count On
Margaret Hunt
I want to praise K&D Roofing and Construction for their overall excellence in replacing my roof. What I especially liked was Kirk's estimate based on materials and time needed to complete the job based on his knowledgeable construction experience. Kirk’s work crew was efficient at performing all aspects of replacing a roof and took pride in doing quality work with honesty and seriousness in completing the job. I would recommend Kirk Flathers’ Roofing and Construction Company, 100%.

I recently used this company for a new roof installation and was thoroughly impressed. The team was punctual, kept me informed throughout the process, and the quality of the finished roof exceeded my expectations. They even finished the project ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this company and would use them again for any future construction needs.

Kirk and his team took care of me from our first meeting until everything was done. He helped me navigate a dispute with State Farm and referred me to someone who could get everything taken care of. Once the work started, he was flexible with our schedule, his guys were super-professional, and everything got done to a very high standard. I highly recommend the company.

Filing a Hail Claim in Cimarron Hills
On the night of July 28, 2016, storm reports put hail up to 2 inches inside Cimarron Hills. The Rocky Mountain Insurance Information Association counted 33,200 property claims across Colorado Springs from that storm. After hail, the association advises letting only your insurance adjuster and the roofer you choose onto the roof, since every walk on it can add damage.
