The Restoration Project form also asks who needs help and, if it is someone else, for their phone or email. Please share only what we need to reach them. Please avoid medical records, financial account numbers, children’s personal details, or other sensitive information in a request or nomination.

The referral form asks for your name and phone number, how you came to send the referral, and the name, address, phone number, email and project details of the person you are referring. The partner form asks for your name, address, phone number and email, how you like to be contacted, your sales goals and interests, and the support you need.

2. How Information Is Collected

Information may be provided through phone calls, email, or an available website form. When online messages are unavailable, the form displays a notice and cannot send a message. Use the phone or email contact instead. Visiting the follow-up page alone does not confirm that a message was received.

3. How Information Is Used

Inquiry information is used to respond to questions, discuss estimates or requested work, contact people you refer to us, review partner inquiries, and consider Restoration Project requests, nominations or volunteer support. Submitting a request or nomination does not guarantee help or selection, and it does not authorize publication of a family’s story.

4. Sharing Information

Information from your inquiry is used to answer it. A Restoration Project request is used to decide who we can help, a referral to contact the person you referred, and a partner inquiry to discuss working together. This information is not sold, and it is not shared for anyone else’s marketing. It reaches us through the services that deliver and organize form messages, including Web3Forms, Zapier, email, text messages and Google Sheets, and it may be shared where the law requires it. A request or nomination is not permission to publish a family’s personal information.

5. Website Features and Third Parties

This website includes an embedded Google Maps map. Loading or using that feature can send information such as your IP address and browser details to Google under its own privacy practices. Links to review and social platforms take you to separate websites with their own policies.

This website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. These tools can collect information such as your IP address, browser details and pages visited. The site has no customer login or online payment form.

No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive records through a general inquiry. Contact us if you believe information you shared has been exposed or used incorrectly.

Inquiry and project information is kept while we are in contact with you and afterwards for ordinary business records. Contact us using the details below to ask about the information we hold or to request its deletion.
