Experience You Can Count On
Margaret Hunt
I want to praise K&D Roofing and Construction for their overall excellence in replacing my roof. What I especially liked was Kirk's estimate based on materials and time needed to complete the job based on his knowledgeable construction experience. Kirk’s work crew was efficient at performing all aspects of replacing a roof and took pride in doing quality work with honesty and seriousness in completing the job. I would recommend Kirk Flathers’ Roofing and Construction Company, 100%.
Daniel Perez

Robin Santiago
I recently used this company for a new roof installation and was thoroughly impressed. The team was punctual, kept me informed throughout the process, and the quality of the finished roof exceeded my expectations. They even finished the project ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this company and would use them again for any future construction needs.

Kirk and his team took care of me from our first meeting until everything was done. He helped me navigate a dispute with State Farm and referred me to someone who could get everything taken care of. Once the work started, he was flexible with our schedule, his guys were super-professional, and everything got done to a very high standard. I highly recommend the company.

In the Area
Where a Metal Roof Fits in Falcon’s Meridian Ranch
Standing-seam metal, the kind with raised seams, is on the list of acceptable roofs in the 2021 guidelines of Meridian Ranch’s second design review council, alongside the thicker, layered style of asphalt shingle. That council covers Rolling Hills Ranch, Windingwalk and The Vistas, among others. If you had assumed the council would turn down a metal roof, its own list says otherwise.
Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
We offer roof replacement, roof repair, metal roofing, commercial roofing, repairs and maintenance, gutters, siding, house painting, remodeling, decks, concrete, and insurance claim assistance.
Yes, financing is available on the work. Ask about it when you request your estimate.
Yes, because in Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety tests, hail under an inch stripped granules from asphalt shingles and sped up their aging. Weathered shingles hit twice by such hail became up to ten times more susceptible to damage from later large hail than new shingles. A Weather Service report put 0.88-inch hail five miles north of Falcon on June 13, 2018. Check your roof’s age against that date before ruling out a hail repair.
Meridian Ranch’s second design review council lists manufactured siding, natural wood, brick and stone as acceptable wall materials in its 2021 guidelines, while aluminum or vinyl siding is decided case by case. Vinyl siding on a home there can be turned down, so clear it with the council early.
Homes beside or facing each other should avoid a similar color scheme where possible, the 2021 guidelines of Meridian Ranch’s second design review council ask. Look at the houses next door and across the street when you choose paint colors.
